Below are listed the books we use for each grade.

Each grade has their own rank. This is used in determining where you can start someone first coming in. Each soldier continues in their current book until it is completed. This means that someone could be in the second grade but still working on their Private book from the previous year. We do this so everyone has a better chance of completing a book and receiving an award for the completion of the book.

Also, if someone completes their book for the year, we allow them to start on the next book.

Colonels also have a book which is basically the same as the Rank Exam in the Major book. This allows our workers to set an example of memorizing.
